Part of our APAC's initial backbone and overseeing the region, my job is structured around 3 key pillars:
Business Development:
- Search and qualify leads for new partner prospects
- Pitch and onboard key partners to support sales expansion in the region (Secured one state publisher in SG, built models with the 3 biggest publishers in AU and more)
- Build meaningful partner relationships designed to last in the long term by providing transparency and forecasting abilities to our publishers
- Quickly develop new strategic business models catered to the unique demand erupting from the COVID-19 crisis (Fullscreen RON, Performance based models, ...)
Campaign Management:
- Design and structure processes to secure fast and efficient campaign brief response, from sales to operations (Company wide process in place)
- Design structure and processes to delimit and effectively analyse ongoing campaign key metrics, from account management to operations (Operation process in place)
- Ensure a unified channel of communications with our partners on campaign execution
- Oversee campaign management and provide technical knowledge to team members as well as sales persons
Team management:
- Design a recruitment process specifically catered to Publishing Managers
- Recruit and manage a team of 4 persons across Singapore, Hong-Kong and Japan
- Organise learning sessions for my team members to spread best practices and technical knowledge
- Proactively spread well being practices and support team members' personal development
